I have delivered in setting up food menu and kitchen to new start up. Every job I did I learned a lot, what it means to be humble and be kind to others.
A lot of me today is a reflection of my Father who dedicated his entire life in the kitchen. My father was a chef in one of the renowned hotels in South Mumbai. I have gathered a great learning experience and all the nuances about various cuisines in detail. At an early age, watching my father from cooking the delicious food, raised my interest in cooking and I started following my dad’s footsteps. I have been helping my mother at home in cooking from the age of 10 and that helped to make up my mind towards making this as my profession and my career.
I was always surrounded by Chefs, unknowingly I was getting the exposure of fine dining and how to keep the food authenticity intact. The food and aroma had a very profound impact on my upbringing.
I can very proudly say that my hobby has become my passion and my passion has become my profession today. I admire my father's hard work from my school to my college days. I always wanted to be like him, a Chef...........and here I am!
